1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all users of the All Med Equipment website and our services. By accessing our website or purchasing or renting our products, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please discontinue use immediately.

By using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. Your continued use of the website and our services constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

3. Services Provided
All Med Equipment supplies medical equipment and supplies directly to patients, with options for both purchase and rental. We offer free delivery and installation within a 30-mile radius of our location. For deliveries beyond this range, additional fees may apply. Our services are designed to support patients in managing their health needs at home with reliable and accessible equipment.

4. User Responsibilities
Users agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing orders or inquiries. Users are responsible for ensuring the safe and proper use of equipment as advised by healthcare providers or the product manual. Misuse or negligent handling of equipment voids any liability on our part.

5. Orders and Payments
Orders can be placed by phone or in person. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase or rental. Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards as well as bank transfers. Fees and prices are listed on our website or provided during the ordering process.

6. Rental Policy

Rentals are charged on a monthly basis. If the equipment is returned before the end of the month, the full monthly charge still applies, and no refunds will be issued for early returns. If the equipment is not returned at the end of the rental period, the customer will be charged the full purchase price of the equipment.

 

Customers are responsible for any damage incurred during the rental period. If the equipment is damaged beyond repair, the customer will be charged the full purchase price. For partial damage, the customer is responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement parts as needed. Please contact us if you wish to extend your rental period.

7. Return and Refund Policy
We accept returns only for authorized products in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Returns must be pre-authorized by our Customer Service Department. Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and health standards. Please contact us if you wish to discuss return arrangements.

8. Limitation of Liability
All Med Equipment is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our equipment. Customers agree to follow the guidance of healthcare professionals for proper use. All liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

9. Warranty Policy
All products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty-related returns or repairs require prior authorization from our Customer Service Department. We also offer extended warranty options at additional cost; please contact us for more details.

10. Intellectual Property
All text, images, graphics, and other content on the All Med Equipment website are the exclusive property of All Med Equipment. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

11. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate service for any user who violates these Terms or misuses our website or services, including, but not limited to, false claims, abusive behavior, or failure to comply with our policies.
